1. TRAVNATIONS.COM HOTEL CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation any time. However you may be charged with a cancellation or change fee.

Cancellations received at least 5 days prior to check-in date will be charged 15% fee from the total booking amount or $25 whichever is higher.

Any cancellation, partial or full, received less than 5 days prior to check-in date will be charged 25% fee from the total booking amount or 1-night charge whichever is higher.

Please note that few hotel's charges are non-refundable. This will be notified to the customers at the time of booking.

If you are going to arrive at the hotel after 4 pm local time, it is advisable to call the hotel and let them know. Should you fail to arrive at the hotel on the first night of the booking, your booking will be treated as a "No Show" and cancellation charges will apply.

Fee of full amount paid (NO REFUND) will apply to dates of stay falling within a Fair/Exhibition period. This will be notified to the customer at the time of booking.

If you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then there will be no refund for the unused portion of your stay. ALL CANCELLATIONS, (EX) CHANGES AND COMPLAINTS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY TO support@travnations.com

Cancellations and (ex)change requests and complaints made directly with the hotels will not be accepted.

All changes are subject to charges as shown in the hotel cancellation and change policy.

Any changes where either the number of rooms or the number of nights decreases will be charged as above. A change must be confirmed back to our customer support person.

Our Working business days and hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 EST

2. SPECIFIC REQUESTS

Hotel requests for specific features (non-smoking, bedding) are not guaranteed by Travnations.com or supplier. Generally, although not guaranteed, bedding in U.S. and Canada hotels is as follows: Single consists of a room with one bed; Double consists of a room with either one large bed for two people or two single beds; and Triple/Quad consists of a room with two beds accommodating up to 3-4 people.

Requests for rollaway beds, cribs and extras (such as incidental charges, meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry) may result in additional charges payable directly to the hotel.

4. RATES

Most advertised prices are per person and per room excluding all taxes.

Reservations depend on availability of rooms and are subject to confirmation upon payment. Rates do not apply to conventions, and customers using these rates in connection with attending a convention will be assessed additional surcharges and/or Operator may cancel the reservation.

Rates are only guaranteed after receipt by Travnations.com on full payment. Adjustments to rates will not be made after full payment, nor shall any subsequent rate reduction be made retroactive. Rates and schedules are subject to change without notice prior to payment.

5. USE OF SITE

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into binding contracts to use this Site without the involvement of a parent or guardian. You may not reproduce, duplicate, modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, sell, transfer, publish, or otherwise exploit for any purpose the content or data found on this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, login, and account information. You are financially responsible for all uses of our Site by you and anyone using your password and login information.

Travnations.com reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our Site, refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders, at any time and without advance notice or liability. You will not use this Site for any purpose that is unlawful and/or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You will not use the Site for any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. Any information you send to this Site is transmitted at the sole risk of the user.

6. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Travnations.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and our Site at any time. Your continued use of this Site will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use.

7. SUPPLIER TERMS

you agree to abide by the terms and/or conditions of use and purchase imposed by any supplier providing product and service through this Travnations.com.

All content of this site is correct but it is subject to amendment without notice. We are not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance that is beyond its reasonable control.

7. TAX RECOVERY CHARGE

The tax charge on Travnations.com transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that Travnations.com pays to the vendors in connection with your Hotel arrangements.

Travnations.com is not the vendor collecting and remitting said tax to the applicable tax authorities. The vendors bill all applicable taxes to Travnations.com and Travnations.com remits such tax directly to the vendor. Travnations.com l is not a co-vendor associated with the vendor with whom we book or reserve our customer's Hotel arrangements.

Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location. Travnations.com’s actual tax cost paid to the vendor may vary from the tax recovery charge, depending upon the rates, taxability, etc. in effect at the time of the actual use of the hotel our customer.
